Given Rates are Ex. Factory Rate. Freight, taxes, and other applicable charges are extra unless otherwise specified.
Given Rates can be Altered and are Not Forever. Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on raw material costs and market fluctuations.
We are Not Responsible for any Breakage, Damage or Loss in Transportation. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the goods leave our premises.
We are Dealing in Advance Payment Only. Orders will be processed and dispatched only after the full advance payment is received.
All Disputes are Subject To Rajkot Jurisdiction. Any legal disputes arising out of business transactions will be settled exclusively in the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
These terms apply to all transactions, quotations, and interactions between Anant Polyplast ("Company", "we", "us") and the buyer/customer ("you"). Placing an order or making a payment implies complete acceptance of these terms.
All quotes provided via our website or email are valid for a limited time and are subject to final confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
While we strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate, slight variations may occur in the final manufactured products due to the nature of polymer materials and production processes.
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided upon order confirmation. However, the Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to raw material shortages, transportation strikes, or acts of God.
Since products are often manufactured or cut to specific requirements, returns and cancellations are not generally accepted once an order is in production or has been dispatched. Any exceptions must be mutually agreed upon in writing before dispatch.
